Haven't noticed anything in US yet.
EU servers went down for a min or two before their hotfix was implemented.
So, don't really need to worry unless US servers go down.

I have read alot here and other places that several hot fixes have been implemented to thwart gold farming or bottling.

Can anyone confirm it deny this for US servers.?

As it seems EU has officially been officially hot fixed.

- Well I've seen some farm and just tried farming again with the application for 1h. Used to 290-350k before. Now i'm roughtly at 25k and that is 15min in.
