What the hell does that mean? You won't be able to share WP for exemple act3 if the other player hasn't cleared act 2 before?

I'm really confused. Or that this mean you can't kill final boss of act wihtout cleared all the quests before?

Not exactly

It prevents ACT SKIPPING (Along with DIFFICULTY SKIPPING as a result).

This means you will HAVE to kill the end boss of every single act before you can move on to the next one, and for every difficulty.

Seems like it, though at normal, nm and hell it will still be easy to get the boosts to higher acts.

They removed your being able to farm Inferno gear before you beat Inferno, but didn't fix legendaries or set IAS items. Blizzard makes me cry

more fun? when ive cleared all the acts atleast 15-18 times each.. i think i should be able to skip a few acts without sweating to much.
