Bans in D3?

Hey,

Never played Diablo before, but I was a big WoW player.

No idea how Diablo works server wise etc. But Will this game be a lot harder to be banned in?

I mean you will be able to Bot without other players reporting you right? Can GM's appear to you if you are doing suss stuff like clearing instances to fast etc?
Does this use any anti cheat detection like WoW's Warden?

It will surely use warden against hacks.
No idea if it is even possible for GMs to watch you, good question!!
There might be a serversided cheatdetection, like how long you've been online.

I don't believe they will use "clears instances too fast" as a metric to ban on...
But the idea is correct, they will certainly use something similar to that.
"Time online per 24hours" will be most probable.
