yeah I'de prefer Diablo 3 because it's a unique interface and gameplay, I loved D2 and I'm sure i'll love D3
What would maybe be cool would be World of Starcraft sice it's a bit like WoW. warcraft 3 had 4 races and they could easly integrate it for WoW. SC has 3 races and many classes for all races, it would make a really special MMO because of the guns and the equipement they have in SC

You're a moron. World of Warcraft = MMOrpg, Diablo 2 = Hack & Slash RPG, two entirely different games that would not work well at all as you suggested.

Warcraft II - RTS
Warcraft III - RTS with alot of online capabilities
World of Warcraft - MMORPG

See the fact that WoW was a completelly different game? why wouldn't they work together?

and also, your logic about Diablo being "a hack and slash RPG" is not really true... I think of hack and slash games as completely dif than that. For example... i consider the Dynasty Warrior series as a hack and slash game... at least the one i played. (i dont know how all of them are).

Diablo could be made into an MMORPG... but will it? Probably not. Why would blizzard work on something that would be so similar to WoW? IF I were them, i would work on a MMO for Starcraft or even something completely different. Futuristic Sci-Fi games generally tend to fail when it comes to MMORPG's (except for space ship stuff of course). It would be interesting on how Blizzard would make something to possibly pwn WoW =D
