Seems like 90% of people just read the title then post. I had optimized mine to 7 million per hour before i quit, a friend of mine is getting roughly 10 million now. It all comes down to getting massacres as fast as possible on T6.

kinda offtopic, but if you do not have the gear for this, than just join 10 T6 games using RIF(probably less than 1 hour ). You can do rif but naked and just pay the reopen. 300k gold / game...
