So long as they don't use the runner char to receive xp they will not have to redo the quest. If someone doesn't have a char that can handle T6 you'll have to carry them one of their chars up to the quest completion point so that they have a runner char.
-Note that if the runner should accidentally press 'join party' instead of 'invite to party' after leaving then they will have to redo the quest.
-Playing around it looks best to swap up every 20 runs or so, more than that is very tedious, less than that maybe too frequent to keep it efficient. Swapping means the current runner has to switch to a non-runner char and the current non-runner has to switch to a runner char then invite the first person to continue the chain.
-This will work in groups of 3 and 4 so long as everyone can keep themselves organized. The disadvantage is the runner has to issue more invites each game, the advantage is (with a group of 3) you get 40 for every 20 you put in, or a group of 4 you get 60 for every 20 you put in. With 3 or 4 you just round robin through the group in terms of who is the current runner (again best seems to be every 20 runs or so)
-make no mistake, this is monotonous and tedious but also pretty damn efficient in terms of xp/hr.
