Shard of hate proc exploit (barb)

The proc of the shard of hate with primary skill and runes lightning is high and seems an exploit/bug
all primary work but with weapon trown is better

For now only barbarbarian confirmed
For wizard confirmed shock pulse with globe rune and frozen rune

This is already a very widely known "bug".

I could be doing something wrong but my procs aren't nearly as high as in the video.

Perhaps this could be the issue:

you have see the video every cast of weapon trown the shard of hate is a proc
we are on eu server and is working rightnow, the shard of hate have lightning damage maybe is part of the exploit but I don't think so

Every hit of frenzy or other lightning primary also procs shard... just not Wind Shear WW

Yeah becouse I think is still bugged read this post [BUG] SoH nerf is broken (/w analysis) - General Discussion - Blizz Tracker - Diablo Fans

The blue post sais the prock have internal cooldown but like you see in the video some skill don't apply the cooldown to the Soh proc.
PS I talk always of eu server and about 10 hour ago I will check back tonight.

PPS update a high proc of soh seems apply too with cleave lightining rune

not a bug or an exploit... Some people need to learn what a proc coefficient is.
