So in your first post you said it's not an exploit and now you say it is? Make up your mind and NO this is not an exploit.

People really need to stop suggesting that they work for and/or know the ins and outs of Blizzard. After patch 2.0.4 pets now benefit from player's critical hit damage, previously they were capped at 50%. Nobody knows if this is a bug or an intended change until Blizzard comments on it but seeing how fast they acknowledged and fixed the Iron Maiden bug you can probably assume that it IS intended.

It IS intended, they just removed the cap of Critical Damage for all pets!

I don't think that word means what you think it means. If what you actually mean is that I am contradicting myself, I'd love for you to explain why. My entire point is that we can only make assumptions based on the information that we know at any given time, we can't comment in absolutes. E.g. "this is not intended" vs. "this might not be intended BECAUSE [insert reason here]".
