Manglemaw exploit still works as previously mentioned in Legfarm 2.0.3

All you need to do is when you enter his room, you run all the way southwest and run back to him again as he spawns. You'll then still get loot from him.

Seems as though Blizzard made a condition that you have to run past a certain point (Not checkpoint) to get him to drop loot.
