Unique monsters now drop less items.
*Uniques were dropping far more loot than their difficulty would warrant.
Chest spawns have been thinned out across all acts of the game.
*Ideally chests become less common and something that players can’t flip games to farm. It is our goal to make them feel exciting and rewarding when you find them.
The Good!
The bonus legendary drop rate for rifts is being increased from 25% to 100%!
*This means that while in a rift your chance to find a legendary item from monsters, chests, elites, and everything else is double what it is outside of rifts. No this does not mean opening bounty bags in rifts is the new hotness. ;P
Kadala’s legendary drop rate has been significantly increased.
*Blood Shards are meant to be a compelling element of rift rewards and something players are excited to get.
Don't get me wrong, I fully realize that they hate people farming anything. Of course they want people to play the game/grind it out.
There's so many better ways they could've "fixed" what we're doing here with Manglemaw. For example: If X-named-monster is killed, reduce chance of leg by 50% until Y amount of creatures are killed. (If Manglemaw is killed, loot quality drops 50%. If killed again, drops another 50%. If 100 random mobs killed, increase loot quality on Manglemaw by 25%. Something like that. Not hard to program, but apparently beyond Blizzards' All-Or-Nothing comprehension.) Have it persist through logouts/game creations. Simple solution, prevents named farming.
I'm just saying that they're pushing people towards rifts by increasing the drops there and lowering them throughout the campaign mode.
lol like i said in the title, hurry before it gets hotfixed again. although to be honest, the 4 man chest farms are where it's at right now. and thanks for all the rep folks, i appreciate it. it's not often i get to help so this made me feel like a little less of a lazy leecher.

I don't understand you guys. Last hot fix just pushed up top 100% the leg drop in rift (ALL DIFFICULTIES).
So u go rift in normal, an u will drop leg like hell. The only thing to know is u wont have the "specials ROS 70 leg torment". But all the others leg will be there, and more, they will be as strong as if you dropped them in torment 6. So just Why ?
just tested it :
4rifts = 8 leg (was on DH)
2bow
2 rings (green)
2 tricket (green) the same
1 boots
1 cape
Hum ? again, why ? i'm in normal mode, i run, i shoot, i do a rift in like 10-20 mins (cause i don't stop at the gardian i kill everything).
Blibli just broke up drop rift like shit, profit before they think twice ^^..
Of course it's just my opinion, and it's not an exploit at all ^^
