3. start bossfight
4. press escape, reduce difficulty to normal & kill

This actually works, it's just for the achievement of a 3 min kill or less on torment or higher. The loot seems to be just as shitty as from a normal "Normal difficulty" kill tho.

He is not a troll, just very bad at explaining - the acm is achievements - this exploit is for achievements however he says it work for "every speed kill" but this will not work at hardcore since you can not lower the difficulty without quitting the game.
