legs drop even if you are in the base

i noticed that if you have a team and everybody is making a different bounty legenderys still drop for everybody

so if you make a 4player team split up at making the bounties you are faster at getting your horadrim cage and you still dont lose you leg drops (if you go to the waypoints after you cleared the act, just press the map button to look for leg-indicator)


2second thing i noticed that you still get xp if you wait in town while your team is killing stuff in the netherportal

i am not so sure if this is intended

Is it specifically legendaries? I tested this early and no loot at all seems to drop if you aren't in the zone.

Chests are opened globally so even If you aren't near the person opening the chest you can get the contents of it If you move to that location after it has been opened.
That's why you'll see legendaries dropping even if you aren't there.

actually some legs didnt drop in a area where a chest was they dropped directly at the place where the elite died
