Its just a chest behind the TP almost every time. Just take ACT I Quest 4 royal cript, en tp to cathedral lv3.

A kind of chest rush was go to cathedral and look for this one, tp to church where smtimes have alsoa chest (less prob)+ tp to fields to get exp pool

you can add a check on the forgotten ruins to check if the cave is here. there is mostly a goblin in this cave or 1 / 2 chests

you can also do act1 quest10, then port cathedral garden to see if chest is there then quickly port cathedral lv3 to see if chest is there, repeat

Its a regular white chest. Its there about 50% of time. It was 100% before they reduced the amount of chest spawns.
