This is a puzzle ring farming. With 4 people doing this one night, u can get 120 goblins at the same time. I know that goblin has the highest legendary drop rate, so sound good right? People might say a1 drops shit, yeah correct. But still, it will drop lv63 legendary. Imagine that" sleep-wake up- kill gobs - work- back home- kill gobs"

I'm not sure how this is done, but I'm assuming, using a bot and maybe DH (I believe SS doesn't activate goblin?) and letting mobs follow you around.
You'd go to a spot you haven't been before with the bot, wait until the ring procs, SS + Vault out without activating gobo, let the mobs follow you to new spot, stand still until goblin proc again.
according to OP's rate, 120 per night, ring cooldown is 15 minutes, 4 players, maximum of 16 goblins per hour, 120/16 = 7.5 hours which would be one night.
To not die, and not have mobs die/split, you'd probably have to do with 4 players each on different instance/maps with high regen, no thorns and high defense.

To get goblins to look like how they do in OP's pic? I have no idea, but the method i described generates around the same amount of goblins as was suggested.
