He posted a few hours ago, its not nerfed but it never was really good anyway. The guy with the video just got lucky.

There are 3 layouts that spawn. 1 layout spawns very frequent, another layout spawns quite frequent, the third layout which spawns once each 8 time or so only and its the layout which can contain the chest... the chest is in that layout 50% of the time. 75% of the time you will have a train of normal mobs/champions after you so you have to klick madly to get loot.

Not only is this a good chest, there are treasure goblins that can spawn right here.

Nice find. 5 runs here and I have seen the map 4 times and the chest 2x (Cant account for the last run. Damn elite in the door. lol, never made it.)

This is currently the best place I have found for farming in the game at my gear level. This is incredibly fast on a WD, and could be done naked if you really wanted to.

I run Dogs, Horrify, Mass Confusion, Spirit Walk, Fetish army, Spirit Vessel, Zombie Handler and wear a full MF don't-attack-anything set. Summon dogs, walk in, use SW as I reach the first mob or pack, fear upon exit, MC if still near a pack and as I open the chest pop FA for pick up protection. I can usually do 2-4 runs a minute as failure runs are easy to spot and get out of. Death is not too common, and even successful chest runs often result in the ability to port out thanks to those little Penguins taking the fall for me. I've made 4ish million and have a small sea of 100-200k items stored for later since starting this yesterday and not going hardcore all day mode. This farm is basically tailor made for cheese Witch Doctoring.

Almost forgot. When you unload your bag/repair go to the merchant in the southern end and check his rings/amulets while doing your thing. I managed to upgrade an under geared ring and also sell a few well rolled ones on the AH for a decent side profit.

2x 800+ dps 1h's
a rare blacksmith plan sold for 700k, and a jeweler design for Radiant Star ruby

I ran this about 55 times. 3 runs yielded the chest. There was only 3 deaths involved in all the runs so repairing was minimal. The loot I got out of the chest wasn't great, but since it's all about MF, and your own personal rng it is what it is. I"m curious whether or not it's more effective to continue to do this, or if it's simply better to use Tyreal to farm up 5 NV stacks, and smoke the SB. This is by far quicker, and has fewer deaths, but still. Hmmm.

This chest has surely been nerfed, with 250% mf I'm almost never getting a rare and low blues now. A day ago I got atleast 1 or 2 rares every run and very good blues
