You had 10 feedback, and then decided to recall the account and scam the person for what seems like 95 euros. And you dont get banned for being scammed, you GET banned for scamming someone. Your argument makes no sense.

Ok then, the info:
I had a thread where i was looking for cheap wow accounts, he wrote me a PM.
The purchase/trade was for a WoW account, main character Watchmeshift, Druid on Silvermoon, which i later moved and put on Stormscale as Greedy and horde.
He wanted one SC2 key, Diablo 3 + exp in trade for that account.
The deal went smooth, a bit delay on 2 keys but he got all of them.
he sent me all info + ID pic.
About 1 week ago today the account was taken.
My first reaction was to write him and ask wtf was going on, hes reply he didnt know anything about it according to him, and he started talking about it could been his neighbour because he knew of the trade/sale.
He sad he would help me get it back, then he wrote that he got reply from blizz that the account first and last name had been changed... which is almost impossible, the only 100% way is with goverment name change papers, spoke with a GM about that:P
Then i told him i wanted him to send me a pic of id+ newspaper, he sad ok, no reply for about 24-48 hours, finally when i got a reply the current user of the account had used my paypal which i forgot to remove when i lost the account to pay something, character transfer i think so i did a chargeback at Blizz :P and won ofc.
Before i did this i told him that im doing a chargeback and his reply was like "[2014-05-04 15:41:14] Master : They will then see that the acc has been sold, because hackers dont pay for realm transfers etc...

He also says stuff like the id is fake and so on, this is after i found him on the internet, his facebook, his parents... think i scared him a bit? :P lol

PLease post skype log screenshots here AND his skype profile screenshot. And were the cdkeys box edition or keys or battle.net keys? Battle.net keys can be charged back, box edition can rarely be taken back.

l1nuxfre4k claims this is the wow account he received from Kurbetina and was recalled

and far from all the work i put down on that acc, and i had a big guild i was Gm for....

and i still say its 100% bull**** regarding the name change.. its very hard to do something like that and he still doesnt send me a pic of the id+newspaper...

I will take that as yes you did receive a 40 eur refund.

You said you have the account for 1 week. How much work could you really have done in that short amount of time?

I did a quick look for prices and got these.
$20 for SC2 key
$35 for D3
$40 for D3 xpack

40 eur = $55

That means Kurbetina paid you $55 and still owes you $40 or 30 euros.

I read it the same as doomed. Okay so no payment has been refunded and $95 is owed to l1nuxfre4k.

Kurbetina has been email notified.

Ban in 24 hrs if there is no reply from Kurbetina.

So you were contacted, and never bothered to reply. Which is assumed you ignored it and carried on the scam.
