I ordered 30b xp. Here are the positives and negatives:

- They delivered on time and gave me a bit over a billion of extra xp. In fact, they delivered on the minimum estimated time required so it was perfect.
- Their response times on Skype are sometimes slow (~4 hours) and you may have to message them again. They even forgot me on Skype the first time... It's also as if there are multiple people on the other end because sometimes they read only the last ~10 sentences on Skype and miss the 'crucial' info.
- The amount of promised legs (50-80 / 10 bil xp) was somewhat off. More like ~80 for 30b (excluding plans&gems but including forgotten souls) instead of 50-80 for 10b xp.
- You do get a LOT of gold and many hundreds of gems. I think roughly 40 million gold / 10b xp.
- You have to pay upfront. If you use PayPal you have to pay as a gift. Which means that you have to fully trust them. But they can be trusted imo so all is good here.
- Competitive pricing. And for the gold, gems and other extra's that you get on top of it, it's more than worth it for me.

So there were some communication problems but overall I'm still very satisfied with the service. I also prefer Skype over some other sites that use annoying ticket systems or chat boxes that don't work for crap. And about the legs, I don't care too much, I just wanted xp. Maybe they had an unlucky run.

Second review: BOUGHT 30B XP.

-Delivered in ****ing 4 days, so really impressed with speed
-Had well over 100 legendaries (im not gonna count them all cause i realize its random)
-Well spoken (amazing english whoever operates that skype )
-Doesnt try to sell to me, just tells it as it is, open and honest, i appreciate that
-Communication was great answered within 20-30 min every time
-Got a free 1-70 which im happy about because i dont have time to do that tedious quest farming stuff

Overall well happy, most important thing for me is that they are nice people, they accommodate your custom shit and happy to take requests etc (personally I wanted blues salvaged and picked up for arcane dust, had 100's...)

Would recommend A+++

Ok, half of the level time and payed XP are done.
Now i will give a feedback.

As i already said : Service and Support at the beginning -> AMAZING
Leveling speed and Legs found till now are good.
Now there is a big minus, someone already said some post above me.
After i payed and they started, i nearly need to cry to get an answer from them. 6 Hours ago i asked if they are currently leveling my character -> still no answer.
It's a bit like if the person who i was talking to is on vacation or something.

Support at the beginning 5/5.
Leveling speed and legs till now 4/5.
Support now (barely) 2/5.

I hope this will change.

Why not just make a new account and get the free starter edition + add your old account to the new one, you can see when they are online etc, it's what I do!

Of course you need customer support but they cannot answer instantly all the time, I'm just saying that in future, if you want an instantaneous answer, do what I said and you need not even ask the question (I am very impatient so I find myself saving time where I can, saves me a lot of headaches.)

I have been chatting with these guys all day and decided to buy a 10b xp package...

About ~30minutes into the run I saw the post about the "legendary runs" and asked if I could change my service to that. They had no problem with it and started doing the legendary run instead of the XP run.

AWESOME support so far, will update this after the run is complete (including pics of the good legs!)
