Owned CoreCoins for D3 Gold

I decided to buy the Diamond coins package, and I noticed the referer would get 30 000 corecoins.

Since I'm buying them anyways, its a shame for the 30k owned coins to go to waste.. I thought I could use someone's refer link in exchange for gold on US normal

I looked around and couldn't find any concrete info on whether such trades are allowed, if they are not I apologize in advance and please let me know asap so I can remove this thread
