hey guys idk if this is the right place but i sold this guy a lot of gold and he wrote the note like "this is for online service and i am satisfied and will not chargeback under no circumstance or situaiton" and he made a lot of transactions. with me then he disputed after 2 days... any suggestions? will I win.. or lose? or what?? I am verified... on paypal.

Second I hope you documented everything because if the guy is claiming unauthorized access to the PayPal then you are pretty much screwed.

just withdraw the money. If you lose the case paypal can't collect the money from you anyway. Only thing they can do is send a collector, which doesn't do shit if they don't have your SSN they can't make claims against your credit score. After that you could always just make a new paypal account, using a different identity/

that's from my personal experience, got scammed once like 10 years ago

Find his address on Paypal, there should be shipping information. Goto the post office and mail something to his house and get a tracking number on it and/or delivery notitfication. Upload this information to Paypal. Even if it was unauthorized, he would still have to ship this item back. Won a few cases like that.

someone do that to me some time ago... unauthorized payment.. saying that someone enter in his account.. i send all the profes --> screenshots off everything in skype and i win! hope you win bro.

If you are selling such huge amounts of gold just use a trusted trader and lose .1 $ per m man..

CheeseProphet the chinese are buying for 0,5 EU gold and belive me they sell for alot more. i prefer win more than give them cheap gold. u guys dont understand if u guys keep feeding them the price only go down more fast? anyway what i do is i have 1 paypal account that is not my original just for sell the gold and after when i received a payment i make a gift to my legit and verified account no problems if u do that jaybelt start doing that and u can fight disputes without losing your money

hmm, I think this should not be a thread for scammers to get smart on lol. Anyway, I dont understand why you won zarviruz. If the scammer is sneaky enough you cant do shit. Why would skype pics make an unauthorized payment any different?

i received the payment and and after 1Minute he say "i received the gold", with screenshot in diablo 3 too. u think that is not a prof? well happy that paypal think it is
