Profit Tracking Excel Spreadsheet for Auction House Flipping

Selling a polished excel profit tracking database for tracking items flipped from gold to RMAH.

I use this to keep track of everything I buy on the gold AH, including the cost per million gold at the time of purchase.

The spreadsheet gives me a converted USD price, as well as a 'break even price' (the minimum price I must sell the item for to break even after fees, etc.) and a suggested price sell price based on expected margin.

The spreadsheet also keeps a running total of profit earned which is always displayed at the top.

Are you selling just the empty spreadsheet? If not, how many samples are there, cuz the total sales/profits is kinda low

yeah the file is delivered empty - the screenshot is a bit old, you might notice the gold price on most of those items was $3 and even $5 per million.

this is nothing groundbreaking, just a spreadsheet with some nice built in formulas to make it look pretty. the $1 is more just to save you the time making one

have been going steady on it since release, same account and no issues

I believe because you are buying in gold and selling in RMAH it's not technically flipping. Flipping would be buying an item for say $10 then selling it for $20.

(disclaimer: I cannot guarantee that is correct, but again I have not had any issues)

Nice spreadsheet so far, just added some extra functionality.

1. You can automate final sale price by calcuating the fees from the listed price. =I11-((I11*0.15)+1) (includes battlenet and paypal fees). Just makes it easier. ( assuming they purchased at ur listprice.)
2. Format the Gold purchase price to include commas, makes it easier on the eye to see the amount
3. I added in the currency symbol on $/m again just makes it easier on the eye to see if im looking at gold or currency.

Not sure what MSRP is, i assume that is just a figure to see how much u would need to list the item for to make a 60% profit.
