Basically everything that he said. I'd sell to you if you would show your drivers license to match your name tied to paypal. Otherwise it sounds WAY too good to be true.

Cell phones do the trick... take a pic, email it to yourself, blank out your driver's license number and address while leaving name and picture untouched. Done.

yea. i do understand ya. chargeback is the main issue even if the other party agrees to pay first =x
