You gotta be patient and be more than willing to pass up a sale if they're remotely suspicious or uncooperative in any slight.

There's very subtle clues like if they just want to buy you out or want 100m up front and won settle for 15m or 5m.
You gotta build trust with your clients, start out small and increase the selling stock once they've established trust (time span of a week or 2, not 1 day)

Also, very important to google their email, screen name, skype id, and check all their past posts and analyze the validity of it all.
