Does anyone know how to get item stats on AH without reading tooltips? Including items in searched/selled list and stash. Just as we do this in game(not AH).

I have no idea. I can imagine that they pull the tooltip UI data on the fly from the servers, so there is no detail list with stats in-memory. In this case your problem cannot be solved

You can test my theory by this:
- do an AH search
- disconnect WAN connection
- move your mouse over a few items

If you get no tooltip, then the tooldip data is on the fly.
I can't test this now but I will do it tomorrow.

Thank you very much for your idea, but I can get the tooltip even after I disconnet WAN connection. So I think there is a buffer to store items infor, the tooltip is got from the buffer. And if I were Blizzard, I will also do as this, for this will speed up tooltip reading and reduce burden for server.

well, I'm not familiar with CE, so I can't help your, but if you can find the offsets I will try to help with the structures

You could find the data using cheat engine then using a debugger find out what is reading from this address and from there you will find the function and addresses its using the pull the information out of this temporary memory address.
