autoit bots process detection

Hello,
I read that blizzard can detect third party softwares running on computer, is this true for autoit bots ?
I am making a bot right now and was wondering what is the best way to make sure I won't get banned for such a simple reason as having a process always wearing the same name in my task manager.
A solution would be to use a virtual machine but I've read that people get banned for this, even though they are not botting.
What do "pro botters" use to avoid this detection ?

I am no pro botter but I use neutral names for my scripts (e.g. instead of naming the script "wizard_d3_bot_v1.4" name them something irrelevant like "note_maker"). Not sure if it works but it does no harm to do it...

This does not work at all.

Renaming scripts or .exe files does not change the name in the memory.

You need to alter the program's memory.
