    IB Avoidance Markers

    Has anyone been able to get these to work?

    You can place them fine in the active game.
    If you start the bot while still in the active game it will avoid the markers as intended.
    The bot will write the coordinates to the .nav files properly, just as it does for the navigation markers.
    However when you reload the game they will no longer be there.

    As an example;
    Code:
    AM (84.870361, 132.854919, 1.260479)
    TM (79.572754, 133.898438, 1.260479)
    There should be an avoidance marker near a navigation marker. Only the navigation marker will show up in a new game.

    Do these just not work? Or am I missing something here?

    yeah it works like you said and it writes them but when it creates new game they are gone and it doesn't "avoid" that area.

    i just have just gotten around it by using tighter better normal nav markers, since there is no word from Vs for over a month now im just glad anything is working lol

    Well that sucks.
    Would be so much easier to restrict areas of certain linear maps with avoidance markers compared to having a long, tight rail of nav markers which force you to limit the attack range of melee classes so they stay on the rails and don't run backwards.

    Guess it's better than nothing. =/
