If he was getting sued by blizz, that's not private knowledge, and there's no reason he COULDN'T tell us. In fact, someone can probably look up any suits filed by blizzard and find out for sure.

This is true. If there was a temp injunction filed, any decent lawyer would suggest taking the site down until it plays out in court.

DB is also located in a different country, has a shit ton more funding available to them as well as more developers/support.

For a smaller operation in the country VS is in, it is probably much safer, affordable and smarter to just take down the site and risk any more possible damages/breaches.

Except hosting and updating the bot is just as risky to him as keeping the site up. The dude is stringing you idiots around hes not getting sued there is no reason he cannot tell his customers that if he did a large % would NOT charge back because hes open and honest about it instead he could give a shit less because he already took our money out and doesn't care.

No one asked them to comment on EVERY thing. The thing is that there have been no comments regarding ANY thing. A small update from time to time is not too much to ask imho.
