It is european holidays and he could be on holiday with his family, unable to get online, or it being his lower priorities. I would expect Immortal to work again within a few days.
I do however, agree with buds84, it could look like he is being the end of the stick from lawyers, meaning that he is simply following their instructions. This is pure speculation though - however, all the dickheads with their tinfoil hats, who recharged back when the site had a 15 hr DDoS attack, are more than likely responsible for the bot not being for sale since that day.
Quite a few people are unable to work with Blizzard products after having had a visit from the Blizzard lawyers.
