So now that Manglemaw is dead I figured I shard this information. You can farm SSTHRASS just like manglemaw - hes the elite that guards the entrance to the waterway. Drops iron wolves doctrine used to craft Asheras Vestment and legendary items.. so far did him 5 times 2 legendarys... 80% MF T1.
