Proper DBC editing program for 3.3.5 dbc.

Is there ANY proper DBC editing program for major edits?
Or even better, a DBC-CSV converter, that can convert CSV back to DBC without ruining them.
All I can find is Taliis which is UNNECESSARILY complicated.
And adding over 50 lines to a DBC is almost impossible, especially when I need to do so in Gameobjectdisplayinfo.

Then there is DBC util, that corrupts the DBC files, making them outdated when the Trinitycore server starts.
So far, I haven't been able to get anywhere with DBC editing. I really need some help here.

And I have found some minor programs that either does not work, or that screws up the DBC.
