model change program

hi i just downloaded the model change program and a model change from Undead male -> Gnome Male =3 but when i run the modelchange.exe program that black box thing just pops up then disapears it goes into wow and when i try to go on my mage i get a fatal error ive seen my friend use it and that black box that pops up when he uses it stays there idk whats wrong :yuck: help plz!

Put the ModelChangeFix.exe into your World of Warcraft main folder, THEN run it! Fixed!
