[Question] WMO Textures
Hi, I wanted to ask, is there any possible way, how to edit textures used in WMO, without modifying textures itself? Say, i want two buildings, basically same WMO, just one uses wood, and one uses brick texture, is there any tool or way how to do this? Thanks in advance, Raven

You could always make a WMO and hexedit the texture path. but the path has to remain the same in the character Numbers... like if its Tileset\Azeroth\Random\Path\someblp.blp
which is 39 (give or take) the renamed blp for bricks instead of wood would have to be 39 chars too.. . atleast thats how i understand it to be...
Yes, Knomez, that's how you can do it the easy way.
In the MOTX chunk (the list with filenames), there are all filenames of the textures used in the WMO. You may add another one to that list (keep it zero-terminated!) and then change the index in the MOMT chunk. Remember to resize the chunk properly!
But if you're not that much into hexediting, you should just change the filename as Knomez said. Important: You need exactely the same length, not the same or less. That's because the MOMT chunk references start and end of the string.
