Model editing question!

Hello if i model editing ingame lets say amani war bear to ashes of al'ar can other players see my change? or only i self can see it? Hope on answer soon!
and is there any newb model editing guide pls link if there is really want to change from amani warbear to ashes of al'ar or spectral tiger

Only you will be able to see it unless the other people have the same model edit installed.
