[Question] WotLK World Building

Is there anything to do world building on WotLK? At least from the last patch, 3.1.0? Or something? I've been trying to find this here but with no result.

Whoever needs a guide for Taliis seems to be needing a guide to live.

Taliis is so easy in concept and handling. Can you get a calculator on your own?

Taliis is acually pretty hard to use since theres no .exes, all there is is a few folders with .dbc.config files in then and the rest are repeat files of things like zip files and some wierd named files, so to be serious, many people have no clue how to use it like me. I have seen wat it is suppose to look like on a guide but i cant find anything to open that is a program.

/facepalm, taliis is the easiest way to add objects.... And there is a .exe if you download the correct file :P
