World building question

I have seen some great world edits, and i'm not requesting anything just asking a question. In all these world edits how exactly do you spawn models or little details or anything like that. Basically can someone plz link a good guide on World building?

At the moment you cant add models and those small details, through world building, very easily. You need a WMO editor for that, theres a guide somewhere. But if you have a little patience, Breket is currently reworking NoggIt, the program used for world building, and soon we'll be able to WMO edit with it. Heres a little guide for NoggIt, and brekets updated NoggIt.
