I deleted all my patch-x.MPQ and put yours one by one or the first package with 5or6 swap in one MPQ but same problem.

I can't use macros :'(
I've same macros as you:
/startattack
/cast sinister strike

Maybe it's because I use a french client? some one could help me or has the same issue?

Thats wierd, it shouldn't mess your macros up.

Yep, the fire evis swap is just a big BOOM DAMAGE. Its probably my favorite out of all the swaps I've done so far.

Rename whichever eviscerate swap you want to patch-#.MPQ and put it in your data folder.

Cosmic Smash is the fire rogue explosion one, and frost explosion is part of the one I'm currently working on putting together.

I just tried it myself and it works. Make sure you're extracting only one of them to the data folder and name it patch-#.MPQ. Number has to be between 3 and 9.

I also try to put another number in the name of my MPQ like patch-1 to patch-9
but same result macros are not working

If your using a different client than the NA one they might now work

hmmm the fire and arcane swaps are working good..but the frosteviscerate doesn´t work.... i renamed it to patch-9.MPQ

Try using the whole frost set and see if the eviscerate works then.

As Kwak previously mentioned, the separate swaps do not work with eachother. You cannot use the separate FoK swap with the separate Evis swap, for example.
