AFK grind nethershards and valor to upgrade gear!

This is a simple guide how to Get valor , max proff cooking first aid fishing , and get Nethershards at same time
yes its a scumbag way of doing things but cba with lfr with alts or w/e
so Queue for all wings of LFR , fly to the invasion points , if say ur like me cba with actually participating on the invasions and interested in some shards and the boxes at the end then start maxing secondary skills on alts for legion first aid / cookin .. super easy
now when the lfr queue pops just teleport out most plebs wont notice ur not there .. ull get gold / valor from lfr at the end , nethershards + chest from event and u r done with maxing that alt on cooking / first aid

PS use chef's hat at 400 skill

Edit : im doing this with 2 accounts so super effective in getting everything would say i have 0 downtime )

right u can farm world bosses too while in the lfr group if say ur waiting for the valor / gold at the end

AFK at invasions and level cooking
Join LFR and "Teleport out of instance"

Get invasion loot
Get postmaster loot from LFR?

Is there another way to possibly leech we could add in there?
