This spot is absolutely fantastic, I made 3k gold in 1 hour of farming. It's definitely worth it and extremely easy to realize (especially when you're falling asleep ).

Guys the reason why these items are increasing in price, and most likely will continue to increase until Legion hits is because of the Illusions. Which requires all kinds of old materials.

Rather than selling them now, I would much rather stockpile as much as possible and sell them when legion hits
