    ok so i sort of stumbled across this before, if u look in the auction house cured medium/heavy/light hides are overpriced and selling but if you buy a medium/heavy/light hides which sell cheap then buy some salt from a vendor, find a leatherworker and change them to cured and you sell them on i made a nice little bit of gold of them before

    I agree with Trixehh, it is a hit or miss. But this might be one of the things features in the Conversions section of my [Elite] 3.x.x Profit Spreadsheet - A Banker's Dream in the future.

    well i done it on 2 realms and made a nice bit of gold so i thought i wud say it cos its worth a look

    i have a feeling what you consider a "nice bit of gold" and what some of us consider "a nice bit of gold" to be 2 completly different numbers

    Common knowledge imo, i even think auctioneer can scan this for you, if you get a profit for curing leathers.

    This is just playing with the auction house, you can do this with so many items.
