Hey! Today the new patch came, with that, the drop persentage (sry of spelled wrong) of all kind motes have been increased, thats mean that there gonna be much better mote drops but the AH price for them still remains the same for some few days, so hurry uo and go out and farm!

I did this myself some time ago where the some other stuffs were raised, im 100% sure that this works on most of the servers, at least on the EU's where i play.

The drop rate is the same to me.... like 1 mote of fire every 20kills

No he is correct. I farmed in nagrand last night and noticed an increased drop rate on motes of air.

Motes of fire seemed about the same. I usually get a mote every 4-5 kills on fire elementals.

I have yet to check life and mana.

Uhm actually unless it was undocumented this is what I read in the patch notes; I thought motes were increased at first as well:

Essences (Earth, Fire, Air, Water, Living) have had their drop rates significantly increased. Also Outland creatures that dropped motes will now have a chance of dropping essences as well.
