Helm: Lucky Fishing Hat[ENCHANTS: 100HP(best) 8str if you just want more str]

Neck: Sentinel’s Medalion OR if your going for stam Thick Bronze Necklace but what does the extra 10 health do really? I guess its just easier to get.

Shoulders: Defender’s Spaulders [ENCHANTS: Aldor/Scryer Honored/Exalted enchants: 30 AP and 10 Crit OR 20 AP and 15crit OR 15 Dodge/10 defense OR 15 defense 10 dodge OR 26 AP OR 13 dodge OR 13 crit OR 13 defense]

Cloak: Sentry Cloak [ENCHANTS: 70 Armor OR 12 dodge OR 3 agi (not recommended)]

Chest: Blackened Defias Armor [ENCHANTS: 100hp or 4 to all stats(100 hp recommended)

Bottom line:

Over 11 mil play WoW

At least 5% of that play JUST for their twink characters (they have 70s only to support their twink; they pay because they enjoy that aspect of the game alone).

That's 550,000 different accounts, each paying a monthly subscription, month after month.

Don't even bother trying to stretch your mind-muscles by realizing 5% is only a mock-number, and that ideally the amount of people who enjoy twinking is much higher, the fact remains, blizzard doesn't want to lose any money. That system of wow isn't broken, and their not going to waste time on it when it'll just cost them profit.

I should make me a twink and just be done with it, I guess.
