    [THEORY] Recruit-A-Friend

As stated in the title of the thread, this is only a theory.

However, If any of you have been going to the WoW Community site you'll notice the Recruit-A-Friend stuff on there. I looked into it, you get a mount for one character, 1 free month of WoW and some more in-game goodies.

Summoning to or from the "Friend" account and your account, Triple experience, and for every 2 levels on the new account you get a level up for a low level character on the Recruiter account.

So what if you got a trial account through recruiting and payed for it, if you have Alt-itis like I do, you could essential level a low character up doing nothing while leveling a new account for whatever you want to do. Me, I like rolling 19/29 twinks, so you could level the twink in triple the amount of time, as well as leveling yet another higher leveled character up as well.

I have absolutely no clue if this is even understandablem but I hope it can be of use to some or provoke thought from others.

    Regards,

I personally want to just make a new account with my last name and level two alts at the same time. Anyone know a good program to send keystrokes to a different client. I want to run 2 casters and have their nukes bound to the same key. I figure you could bang out several alts in the 3 month period then its simply a matter of transfering them to your main account.

Update : It looks like the official FAQ was updated to remove the part about the triple honor gain, removed it from the post.

    Actually, there are several:

Keyclone is by far the simplest and least-intensive to run and use. The creator charges $10 for a lifetime license for your machine.

Octopus is a free, open-source alternative. Synergy and Multi-box work as well, though I think MB is ONLY for multiple machines.

Check out Dual-Boxing.com for a HUGE amount of info on this. The creator of Keyclone has a huge role on the forums there and is always available to help out. I currently play 5 Shamans and may be rolling a new team JUST to take advantage of this.
