just type

/e has reported you for AFK. You will receive no honor. To remove this debuff type "/AFK remove"

It will show up as

Yourname-Yourserver has reported you for AFK. You will receive no honor. To remove this debuff type "/AFK remove"

It is actually pretty believable.

I spoke with a GM about it once, long time ago tho, and its not banable.. Youre just being clever with the emote-system.

I had friend that got a 3 day ban for doing this in 19 arena. So yes you can get banned.
