I don't know when my prior thread about this crappy company was removed but I'm putting it back up for so people here don't get scammed.

I gave this company 2 tries in a row, and the same thing happened each time.

1. I purchased I think 5k if I remember correctly from them and paid with paypal. A few hours later the status on my account page went from processing to "holding". I waiting a few days and still nothing from them. My paypal showed that I had paid the full amount, so I issued a complaint about it along with trying to attempt to resolve it with the company.

Their live chat sux, each time I talked with someone they would say:
"How may I assist you today"
"yes"
Thats literally it, no matter how i worded anything they would say "yes" then stop talking to me. I tried sending emails requesting a refund or delivery and got nothing.

After issue the ticket with paypal the company immediately escalated the claim and posted a response of goods were delivered. NO they were not delivered. So thankfully I use my bank account for my paypal transactions and I called them and had the payments reversed for me. I'm not out any money and they have a bad rep Its a win win.

2. Same deal as the first one except for only 3k. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt on this and give them another chance. It utterly failed just like the first one. The order was placed on hold and I had to call my bank and have a reversal issued to get my money back.

So to anyone that is looking to buy from this company, DO NOT.

Customer Service is crap
Live chat and Email support is null and void
Delivery of goods is also null and void

Hope this keeps anyone else from getting scammed out of money from these people.

Thankyou for the review, they are tricky those dam chinese scammers. I hate how they give chinese people a bad name sometimes because i love a lot of chinese peoples and such but they will do anything for money so blame their government i suppose.

Between them and *****ia its becoming a waste of time to purchase anything from a non US company or EU company thats legit.
