- Open you macro window ( /m or /macro)
- write your macro without the <Youritem> and place the Cursor where your item should be
for example :- Press 'ESC' once so the macro window loses cursor focusCode:/2 Selling 5x <Youritem> /w me for Price
- Open your Chat Window and Write
- Put your Cursor between the two "" ( ALT + Left/Right)Code:/script MacroFrameText:Insert("")
- Shift Click on the Item you want to add to the macro
for exampe
- Run the Script by Pressing 'ENTER'Code:/script MacroFrameText:Insert("[Eternal Fire]")
- Your macro should now look like this, with the item colored
- Put the Macro on a hotkey an spam spam spam the Trade ChanelCode:WTS 5x [Eternal Fire] /w me for Price
WARNING :
You can only link 3-4 Items in one Macro, so if you want to use more items, you will have to create a new macro, just test it out in /s or in a private Channel
Thanks. I always wondered how this was done.

Nice guide the only way I knew how to do this was go into your macro file and edit it but this is alot faster and easier. +rep.

I think you should also post this in Macro section. But definitely the best way I have ever seen. +rep.

Uhm, I just fail repped you.
You can link enchants (dunno about items) in the macro, and they will work.

You can link ANY item with this method, not only Crafting Skills
You could also download the addon called 'Chatter' and it automatically lets you link items, quests, crafting skills, etc in general chat as well as any custom chat.
