It really works, but they ask different questions on eu support. it's really easy just stay calm. This is my conversation with blizzard:
Blizzard: Thank you for calling blizzard support , how may I help you?
Me: I want to change the email for my account.
Blizzard: Account name, please?
Me: *******
Blizzard: Ok, what's your name?
Me: **** *****
Blizzard: And your home address?
Me: ******(I just took a random one from internet, becuase they guy that owns the account had changed the password, surprisingly they just said ok and carried on)
Blizzard: Your original CD-key?
Me: ******** (I got all the info becuase I used http://www.mmowned.com/forums/wow-sc...hing-scam.html .. though i doubt they actually check if its the right one, becuase I said some numbers wrong.
Blizzard: What's the old email address?
Me: ********
Blizzard: And the new one?
Me: ********
Blizzard: Do you need any other help? Shoud I reset the password?
Me: Yea! That would be nice!
Blizzard: You will get the email to the new email address.
Me: Ok thanks.
Blizzard: Ok, Bye bye now, and have a good day.
Me: Bye, you too.
I have tried it 2 times. They asked the same questions both times. So i dont think they look up if its the real CD-key or home address. They didnt with me, x2.
Make sure that you are calm and focused, and that you know everything you should say.
