This is a scam. THey say it increases gold drop rate, which is true but its client side only.

they charge up to 18$ for their program.

What it does it make it look like you are getting more gold, but when you go to buy something or mail it to an alt it will say "you do not have enough gold to do that". When you turn the bot off in your addons section it will show you the amount of gold you actually have.

There was no info I could find on it being fake or real. So I took a shot at it. Only $18 so no big deal.

most programs like "change XX stat" and shit like that are all fake, dont ever buy them, if u seriosly think something might be real, ask in scam help section or just google it.
