problem with the pic i took is that i had the pic the the card siting on a peace of white paper with a hand written name of the person i was trading with.

That's fine. If you can give me the picture (just upload it to imageshack.us and then post the link) I'll remove the name, I'm a pro at photoshop.

I resized it to be the size of a MTG card (63mm by 88mm). You can print this yourself and just glue it on a MTG card if you want to scam. I don't know if it will fit after you print though. I'm out of ink so I can't test it.
