For the instance one, just tell him to pay you the cash beforehand, then kill a few mobs and say that you have to go and that you're really sorry etc. Then start the logout process, and when you're at 5 seconds rightclick his name and ignore him.

back in the day when I was new to the game some ****er cam to me
"want to buy this [epic sword] 10g" I was like omfg! so we agreed to a trade, but he said he liked me so he has wrapped it in as a gift, and I falled for it xD

Anyways, I opened up a ticket, and the GM told me that there was nothing that they could do about it.
