I'm a noobish ilevel 513 PvE rogue and I wanted to know which item level should I achieve in order to defeat the following Brawlers' bosses:

Blingtron 3000
Splat
Argh and Raaaargh
Blind Hero
Mingus Diggs
Ro-Shambo
Master Boom Boom

I have all their quest item.

- know your character aswell as know the tactics, then you should be fine.

I'd say just keep working the mechanics of the fight. And then when you get those down, you'll know what you need gear wise to tackle it. This philosophy got me up to one short of rank 8 I think. That's about when my ADD kicked in and I never really went back.
