now they change my 6 month ban to permanent, wtf is this bullshit

I've appealed non-wave permabans to temp bans successfully, but I've never bothered with the "I was hacked" b.s. as I've never had that much foresight, or desperation.
There are just way too many shady people out there these days.

It's always the same story..

Kaz though, in all seriousness. do not bot on an account you don't want to lose, as soon as you start hacking, exploiting, botting whatever, you have to consider that account a 'suicide' account. Get the gold off there via guild bank or whatever but just accept that you'll lose whatever is on that account because it's only a matter of time before it gets caught in a wave, player report or by warden.

If you get a temp ban then great, you only get one shot to appeal and that's only worth doing if you had been really fucking smart at how you were using the account. If you keep appealing, they'll just shut you up completely and permanently ban.

Just live and learn mate.

i've opened a support ticket and they're asking me for ID now. but i don't wanna give my ID if they won't reduce the ban time

This sounds to me like you had a bit of success tbh. you told them you were hacked and maybe they closed it down, so the hacker can't play after the 6 months. Now they want to confirm that this account belongs to you.

I'am probably wrong tho. Just give them your ID. Blizzard is very protective of private data and you can totally do that.

Well guss what, after i asked if i could hide some details
They now closed my ticket saying the matter was solved and
The account will be permanently banned. They are inconsistent as fuck

Why would you hide stuff? unless you never paid with bank/credit card, they know who you are anyway. And why do you think it's not safe to show them your full ID?

nvm, they just told me they investigated further and changed to permanent.
So i'll be selling my gametime card for 2 months here if anyone interested
